CREATIVE DIRECTOR / HEAD OF CONTENT

Role Overview:
As Creative Director, you’ll shape the creative vision for all PRISM projects, working directly with creators, brands, and our production team to develop compelling content that resonates with audiences across platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Establish and maintain creative standards across all productions
• Collaborate closely with creators like Brandon Lee to enhance their content
• Lead conceptual development for client projects and brand partnerships
• Provide creative direction for both educational content and commercial productions
• Mentor and inspire our growing production team

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years experience in content creation, filmmaking, or creative direction
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual storytelling
• Experience working with creators and brands on video content
• Deep understanding of multi-platform content strategies
• Passion for unscripted storytelling and documentary techniques
• Leadership experience in creative environments

PRODUCER / PROJECT MANAGER

Role Overview:
As our Producer/Project Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of PRISM, ensuring projects move seamlessly from concept to completion while maintaining quality, timeline, and budget objectives.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement production workflows and project management systems
• Create and manage production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate between creative teams, clients, and external partners
• Oversee logistics for shoots, including locations, equipment, and talent
• Ensure quality control across all deliverables

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years experience in video production management or project management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with production budgeting and resource allocation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Adaptability in fast-paced, creative environments
• Understanding of multi-platform content production
